Standard covers the essentials to operate: LTD incorporation, a registered London address while the plan is active, Aiden Books to upload and organise your invoices and documents, banking guidance and support in Spanish. PRO adds compliance filed by us: annual accounts prepared and filed, Confirmation Statement filed (the official Companies House fee —currently £50 for digital filing— is always paid by the client) and CT600, plus multi-user access with permissions (Teams), active tax optimisation, legal advice for your contracts, quarterly calls and priority WhatsApp support. VAT returns are quoted separately on both plans.
Teams is included in PRO at no extra cost. Invite as many members as you need (co-founders, accountant, assistant, advisors) with custom permissions. Only the admin pays for the PRO subscription. If you're on the Standard plan, this feature isn't available — you'd need to upgrade to PRO to use it.
The Standard plan covers the registered address, Aiden Books (organises your invoices and documents), support and account maintenance — with no lock-in. Filings (annual accounts, Confirmation Statement, CT600) are on the PRO plan or by quote. Official fees: the €190 setup fee includes the official Companies House digital incorporation fee, currently £100; the Confirmation Statement fee —currently £50/year for digital filing, subject to change by Companies House— is always paid by the client. Official fees may change.
Timing depends on receiving complete documentation, processing by Companies House and, if you apply for an account, verification and approval by the financial provider. Company formation and account opening are separate processes; we keep you informed of each one and any outstanding documents.
No. You can cancel whenever you like. If you decide to close the company, we handle the strike-off with Companies House: the official fee —currently £13 for the digital application, subject to change by Companies House— is paid by you, plus our service.
Yes, any time, with no notice period or penalty. The change applies from the next billing cycle.
A one-off payment, the same on Standard and PRO, covering the formation work (onboarding, collecting and reviewing documents, filing with Companies House) and including the official Companies House digital incorporation fee, currently £100. Official fees may change. There is no other formation cost.
Taxes warns you as you approach the threshold and we guide you on whether to register compulsorily or voluntarily. VAT registration and quarterly returns are not included in any plan fee: they are quoted separately based on your volume and circumstances, on both Standard and PRO.
Yes. If you already have a UK LTD and want to move its compliance and bookkeeping over to Aiden, we can take it on. The base price is the same; there may be a one-off onboarding fee to get things in order if your previous bookkeeping was messy.
Sign up entirely online, with no prior call required (advisor optional). Company formation timing depends on complete documentation and processing by the relevant registry.
