Does an electronic signature have the same legal validity as a handwritten signature?
Yes, full equivalence. We comply with eIDAS (EU), the eSign Act (USA) and UK legislation. In the event of a dispute, the audit trail with a certified timestamp has evidentiary value.
What if I need a qualified signature (eIDAS QES)?
For qualified signatures with a digital certificate, we offer integration with certified providers (Camerfirma, FNMT). Available on the PRO plan.
Can I upload my own contract in Word or PDF?
Yes. Upload any PDF or Word file. Make it signable in seconds by dragging signature fields onto the document.
How do I handle contracts in other languages?
Templates are available in Spanish and English. For other languages, you can upload your own document. The signer's interface is multilingual.
Can I invalidate a signed contract?
