Do I need to be a resident of the UK or the US to form a company?
No. You can form an LTD in the United Kingdom or an LLC in Delaware while being a resident of Spain or any other country. We take care of the required registered office address and legal representation.
How long does the whole process take?
UK: between 24 and 72 hours from signing. Delaware: between 5 and 10 business days. After that, add a few more days for banking (Wise/Mercury). In total, you can be up and running in under 2 weeks.
What's the difference between a UK LTD and a Delaware LLC?
The UK is ideal if your business is focused on Europe and EU/UK clients. Delaware is preferred for raising with American VCs, international e-commerce, or if you plan to operate in the US. We'll help you decide on the briefing call.
What about taxes? Will I be taxed twice?
There are double taxation treaties between Spain, the UK and the US that prevent you from paying twice. We handle tax optimization in the Pro plan and connect you with Spanish advisors if you need to file in Spain.
Do I ever need to travel to the UK or Delaware?
No. The whole process is 100% online, including opening a bank account (which we do remotely with Wise or Mercury). You can travel if you want to visit the office you use as your registered office address, but it's not required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. If you decide to close the company, we also handle the legal dissolution with Companies House or in Delaware (one-off cost).
What does Standard include vs Pro?
Standard ($219 setup + $21.99/month) covers your LTD formation, a registered address in London while the plan is active, Aiden Books to organise invoices and documents, banking guidance and support with no lock-in. PRO adds the preparation and filing of annual accounts, the Confirmation Statement (the official fee is paid by the client) and the CT600. On Standard, those filings can be ordered separately by quote.
What happens if I have questions after forming my company?
