Do my clients need to create an account to book?
No. They just enter their name and email. If you want verified confirmation, you can enable code verification on the slot before confirming.
Can I customize the booking page with my colors and logo?
Yes. Your public booking page accepts your logo, brand colors and a custom domain (book.your-company.com).
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Both you and the client can reschedule from a link in the confirmation email. It updates across all synced calendars.
Can I charge when the meeting is confirmed?
Yes. If you connect Aiden Pay, you can request payment upon confirmation. Useful for coaching sessions, 1:1 consulting or specialist advisory services.
Is there support for multiple time zones?
Yes. Calendar automatically detects the client's time zone and shows them slots in their local time. Both time zones appear in the confirmation.
Can I limit the number of daily meetings?
Yes. You set a daily maximum, a buffer between meetings, working hours per day of the week, and block public holidays automatically.
