Do I need to travel to the UK or Delaware?

Can I be sole director and shareholder while being a tax resident in Spain?
Yes. UK and Delaware regulations don't require local residency to found or run a company. Your tax residency remains Spain — that's where you'll declare the dividends you receive from your company on your personal income tax.
How long does the whole process actually take?
From signing: UK, 24-72h for the certificate + 3-7 days for a Wise account = operating within 10 days. Delaware: 5-10 days for the LLC + 5-14 days for Mercury = operating within 2-3 weeks. We can speed things up with specific upgrades.
What happens if I want to close the company later?
We handle the strike-off (UK) or formal dissolution (Delaware). The UK costs £10 in official fees + our management fee. Delaware costs $200-400 depending on the paperwork. No drama, no months of waiting.
Can the registered office address be used to receive bank mail?
