What you might be wondering.
Is the Mailbox included in all plans?
Yes. The Mailbox is included at no extra cost in all plans (Standard and PRO, UK and Delaware). It's part of your registered office address.
What if I need the physical original?
On request, we'll send the original to the address you provide. We keep originals for 6 months by default. International forwarding is billed at the actual shipping cost (~€10-25 depending on destination).
How quickly do you receive and notify?
Mail is processed in 4-hour windows during business hours (UK / Spain). The average time from receipt to notification is 15 minutes. Letters marked urgent (HMRC, IRS) are processed in under 1 hour.
Who opens the letters?
Aiden staff under signed confidentiality agreements. Letters that require action are reviewed by your assigned personal advisor, not by third parties. If you'd rather we didn't open letters (envelope scan only), you can enable that in settings.
What happens if an urgent legal notice arrives?
We activate a priority protocol: we call you by phone in addition to the digital notifications, and if the matter requires a lawyer, we connect you directly with one from our partner network (UK Solicitor or US Counsel depending on the country).
Do I have access to the full history?
Yes. As long as you're a customer, your digital archive is unlimited. Search by OCR text, filter by sender, date, type. If you cancel, we'll give you a ZIP export with your full history.
