Is the app included in my plan?
Yes. The app is free and included in every Aiden Startup plan. There's no extra cost, and no premium features exclusive to the web version.
How do I log in if I don't have a password?
When you open the app, enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Type it into the app and you're in. Your session stays saved on the device, so next time you only need Face ID or Touch ID.
Does it also work from a browser?
Yes. All the app's functionality is also available at startup.aiden.es from any browser. The app is there for quick access and push notifications, but the data is exactly the same.
When will it be available for Android?
We're working on the Android version and will update this page as soon as it's ready. In the meantime, Android users can use startup.aiden.es from the browser, with a fully responsive experience.
Can I upload documents from the app?
Yes. You can upload invoices, receipts and documents from your gallery, snap a photo instantly with the camera, or forward emails to books@aiden and they'll appear in the app automatically.
Can my advisor send me things through the app?
Yes. When your advisor sends you a draft filing, a document to sign, or an important notification, you'll get a push alert and see it directly in the relevant section.
