Yes, entirely. The City of London address complies with the Companies Act 2006 and is registered for use as a registered office. In Delaware, our registered agent complies with the General Corporation Law of Delaware.
Does my personal address appear on Companies House?
No, if you use us as your service address. Directors and shareholders can list our office as their "service address" — the public address on the register. Your personal address stays private on Companies House (recorded only as your "usual residential address", not visible to the public).
What happens with important bank correspondence?
We receive it, scan it within 24-48 working hours and send it to you via dashboard + email. If it is a document the bank requires physically (e.g. corporate account activation), we forward it by courier wherever you are, at a transparent one-off cost.
How long do you keep my physical mail?
By default, 30 days after scanning. We can keep it for up to 6 months on request (at no extra cost on the PRO plan). After that, we physically destroy it with a certificate of document destruction.
Can I switch from London to Delaware or vice versa?
Yes. If you migrate your UK company to a Delaware LLC or vice versa, your registered office address is adjusted automatically. We handle it as part of the service, with no switching cost.
What happens if I cancel my Aiden plan?
Your registered office address stops being active from the day you cancel. We give you an extra 30 days of mail forwarding to an address you provide, so you can transition to your new provider without losing any documentation.
