What AI model does Lunnar use under the hood?
Lunnar combines several state-of-the-art AI models with proprietary knowledge trained on UK and Delaware tax rules. We route each question to the optimal model based on complexity, so you don't have to worry about it.
Is my bookkeeping data used to train models?
No. Nunca. Tus datos son tuyos. No los compartimos con ningún proveedor de IA externo para entrenamiento. Usamos APIs con configuración "no-training" en todos los modelos terceros.
Can I ask it to post accounting entries directly?
Yes. Lunnar can create draft entries that your advisor approves before they're posted. It's conservative by default: it doesn't change anything without your explicit confirmation.
How long do responses take?

Does it work on WhatsApp? How do I set it up?
Yes. From your dashboard, you activate the WhatsApp integration in 2 steps: scan a QR code to link your number, and you're done. From there, you message Lunnar's number and get answers with the full context of your company.
Is there a monthly query limit?

Can I turn Lunnar off if I don't want to use it?
